Method :

The first step for marinating the chicken Mix all the ingredients (fish sauce, salt, sugar, corn starch, soy sauce) together until smooth. Put the chicken meat down. Marinate in the refrigerator for half an hour. After that, dip the marinated chicken in the prepared eggs and sprinkle the filtered cornstarch over it.
