Ingredient :

  • Sardines in Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Pepper ½ can

  • coriander root 10 gram

  • garlic 30 gram

  • peppercorns 10 gram

  • minced chicken 500 gram

  • egg 1 bubble

  • fish sauce 1 Tablespoon

  • SEASONING SAUCE 1 Tablespoon

  • Mee Sua 200 gram

  • oil for frying

  • Chicken dipping sauce for dipping

 

Method :

  1. Pound the coriander roots, garlic, and pepper thoroughly.

  2. Strain the oil from the sardines in extra virgin olive oil and Ayam peppercorns and grind them with a fork.

  3. Marinate the pounder with minced chicken, mashed sardines, add eggs, fish sauce and seasoning sauce, mix the ingredients together and leave to marinate. 30 .

  4. Soak the noodles in water until the noodles are soft.
