Coconut Milk Ice Cream
Ingredient :

organic coconut milk Mix coconut water, Ayam brand 2 box

corn starch 2 Tablespoon

salt 1 handful

Lightly sweetened granulated sugar (adjust as you like)

fried sweet potato

Roasted Peanuts
Method :

dissolve cornstarch and coconut milk, stir well.

Bring to a boil in a saucepan over low heat, add sugar and stir 10 Minutes, let it cool and put it in a container.

Place in the refrigerator until set. Then blended thoroughly.

Soak it again Wait for it to harden into ice cream.

Scoop served with sweet potato fries and peanuts.
