Coconut Pancakes
Ingredient :

all purpose flour 1 Cup

white sugar ⅓ Cup

water ¼ Cup

egg 1 bubble

grated coconut 1 Tablespoon

cooking oil

Ayam Coconut Milk 140 milliliter
Method :

Mix all purpose flour, coconut milk, water and eggs together.

Pour into a pitcher, then stir everything together and add grated coconut.

Pancake making process Turn the heat to medium and grease the pan.

Wait until the pan is hot. Pour the prepared ingredients into it. 2 tbsp. shake the pan slightly to spread all the ingredients onto the pan.

leave approx. 1-2 minutes or until the pancake batter is golden brown.

keep repeating until you get the desired number of pancakes.
How to decorate food:
Serve the pancakes with honey for breakfast or as a dessert treat with your favorite ice cream flavor.
