Creamy Rice and Mango

coconut slices ½ Cup

short grain rice 1 ½ Cup

Sugar ½ Cup

water 4 Cup

Mango peeled and cut into pieces 2 child

COCONUT MILK 200 ml. Ayam brand™ 250 ml
Method :

Spread the pieces of coconut on a baking sheet and bake at a high temperature. 190 degrees Celsius approx. 10 minutes, wait until cooked.

Mix the prepared rice, sugar and water together in a pan. Stir all ingredients together until boiling.

people left approx. 15-20 minutes until the rice absorbs all the water.

Stir the coconut milk together. Always pour the coconut milk over the last step to make it smell good.

Serve mango sticky rice with coconut slices on top. to increase the palatability of the food.
