Tuna Sushi

Roasted Sesame Seeds 1 Tablespoon

Tuna in Ayam Brand Spring Water 150 gram 1 can
Seasoning :

Fish Soup or Dashi (Japanese Dried Fish Broth) 1 Tablespoon

vinegar 1 Tablespoon

drinking water 3 Tablespoon

Sugar 1 Tablespoon

Light Soy Sauce, Light Ayam Formula 1 Tablespoon
Method :

Put all the prepared seasonings such as fish broth, vinegar, water, soy sauce and sugar together in a bowl, stirring constantly until all the seasonings are mixed together. After that, pour the rice into the mix to combine.

Place the prepared nori seaweed sheets on a wooden sheet for rolling into a roll. Scoop the rice mixed with seasonings and place it on the seaweed sheet. 1 ladle.

Place sliced cucumbers, tuna, sliced onions and sesame seeds on a wooden plank.
