Fried Chicken with Sambal Sauce

Malaysian Sambal Shrimp Pest Ayam Brand

Lemongrass Soi 2 beginning

galangal 3 - 4 glasses

Ginger Kao Soi 3 glasses

Sliced Turmeric 1 small rootstock

chili 1 grain

chicken thigh 1 Piece

vegetable oil
Method :

Roast all the herbs in a pan until fragrant.

Pound thoroughly, add sambal sauce and mix well.

Put the chicken in the marinade and set aside. 15 - 20 minutes until the flavor is absorbed into the meat.

Heat a pan over low heat, add vegetable oil and fry the marinated chicken until golden brown.

Serve with steamed rice and fresh vegetables dipped in sambal sauce to add flavor.
