Green Curry Fried Rice with Grilled Chicken

organic coconut milk Mix coconut water, Ayam brand 2 Tablespoon

Green Curry Paste 1 Tablespoon

vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon

cooked rice 1 Cup

soy sauce 1 Tablespoon

oyster sauce 1 Tablespoon

granulated sugar 1 teaspoon

eggplant, sliced 1 child
-
eggplant 7 – 8 child
-
Kaempferia, sliced lengthwise 1 Piece

red pepper, sliced diagonally 1 grain
-
green peppers, sliced diagonally 1 grain

Kaffir lime leaves, torn into small pieces 3 - 4 blade

basil 10 blade

chicken breast 120 gram
-
salted egg ½ bubble

lettuce
Method :
-
Heat a pan, stir-fry green curry paste until fragrant.

Add organic coconut milk and stir, followed by steamed rice. Mix until combined.

Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.

Add brinjal, eggplant, galingale, red pepper, green pepper, kaffir lime leaves and basil leaves, stir until the vegetables are cooked and soft, put on a plate.

Grill the chicken breasts on the pan until cooked. Slice into thin slices and place on a plate.

Served with salted egg and lettuce of your choice.
