Green Curry with Young Coconut Shoots
Ingredient :

Coconut milk mixed with coconut water Ayam brand 500 ml

Green Curry Paste 100 gram

vegetable oil

Chicken breast (cut into pieces) 300 gram

fish sauce 3 Tablespoon

palm sugar 1 Tablespoon

young coconut shoots 100 gram

paprika 1 Tablespoon

Lime leaf 5 blade

Lime leaf 5 blade

Diagonally sliced red chilli (for decoration)

Kaffir lime leaves (for decoration)
Method :

Stir Fried Green Curry with Chili with vegetable oil in a pan until fragrant.

Add coconut milk and stir until it breaks up, then add the chicken and stir until cooked.

season with fish sauce and palm sugar.

Add young coconut shoots, paprika, kaffir lime leaves and basil leaves until cooked and bring the curry to a boil.

Ladle into bowls, garnish with diagonally sliced red chillies and kaffir lime leaves. Ready to serve.
