Kanom Jeen with Tuna in Coconut Milk
Ingredient :

Tuna chunks in brine, Ayam brand 2 can

Coconut milk mixed with coconut water Ayam brand 2 box

Curry 1½ Tablespoon

fish sauce 1 Tablespoon

drinking water 2 measuring cup

palm sugar ½ Tablespoon

Lime leaf
-
Chinese dessert

Fresh Vegetables
Method :

Filter for only fish. 1 canned, finely ground, followed by curry paste Mix well.

Put on the stove, pour the coconut milk and water into the pot and wait for it to boil.

When the coconut milk boils well Add the fish fillet and curry paste mixture.

Season with fish sauce, palm sugar, and kaffir lime leaves.

Add another can of fish fillet. It's a rough piece.

Wait until the coconut milk boils again. Scoop on top of rice noodles and eat with fresh vegetables.
