Ingredient :

  • organic coconut milk Mix coconut water, Ayam brand 1 ½ measuring cup

  • rice flour 200 gram

  • glutinous rice flour 25 gram

  • granulated sugar 1 Tablespoon

  • salt 1 teaspoon

  • warm water 1 ½ measuring cup

 

Coconut milk ingredients:

  • organic coconut milk Mix coconut water, Ayam brand 1 ½ measuring cup

  • rice flour 1 Tablespoon

  • granulated sugar ½ measuring cup

  • salt 1 teaspoon

  • vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon

  • Kanom Krok topping (chopped spring onion, corn or taro)

 

Method :

  1. mix rice flour Glutinous rice flour, sugar, salt, organic coconut milk and warm water down Stir to combine and set aside.

  3. Prepare the Khanom Krok stove on medium heat. Apply a cloth moistened with vegetable oil to the front of the stove.

  4. Drop Khanom Krok flour into the hole, leaving a small margin for garnishing with the coconut milk.

  5. When the dough begins to cook Drop the coconut milk along, cover the stove.

  6. while the batter is not too ripe Sprinkle onions, corn, or taro, if desired, and cover again.

  7. When the batter is crispy and brown, use a spoon to pick it out of the hole. Place on a plate and serve.
