Mackerel boiled in coconut milk
Ingredient :

organic coconut milk Mix coconut water, Ayam brand 1 box

mackerel 1 basket

vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon

red pepper 2-5 grain

garlic 5 lobe

galangal ½ glasses

shallot 2 head

lemon grass 1 head

Himalayan salt a little

Kaempferia ½ bundle

Stevia 2 teaspoon
Method :

Fry the mackerel in vegetable oil until cooked. Bring it up and set aside.

Pound chili, garlic, galangal, shallot, lemongrass and salt together.

Stir-fry the curry paste until fragrant, followed by coconut milk and boil until boiling.

Add the mackerel and boil it until it's incorporated into the meat. followed by sliced Kaempferia Season the stevia juice.
