Ingredient :

  • organic coconut milk Mix coconut water, Ayam brand 1 box

  • mackerel 1 basket

  • vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon

  • red pepper 2-5 grain

  • garlic 5 lobe

  • galangal ½ glasses

  • shallot 2 head

  • lemon grass 1 head

  • Himalayan salt a little

  • Kaempferia ½ bundle

  • Stevia 2 teaspoon

 

Method :

  1. Fry the mackerel in vegetable oil until cooked. Bring it up and set aside.

  2. Pound chili, garlic, galangal, shallot, lemongrass and salt together.

  3. Stir-fry the curry paste until fragrant, followed by coconut milk and boil until boiling.

  4. Add the mackerel and boil it until it's incorporated into the meat. followed by sliced ​​Kaempferia Season the stevia juice.

  5. Ready to serve.
