Method :

Heat over low heat, pour extra virgin olive oil, add water and palm sugar. simmer to combine Ladle into a bowl.

Divide the sugar syrup into portions. Stir-fry with sardines, finely ground, stir-fry until cooked and dry, scoop into a bowl.

Serve with betel leaf, young ginger, hot peppers, shallots, lime, peanuts and roasted coconut.
