Ingredient :

  • Sardines in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Ayam Brand

  • drinking water

  • palm sugar

  • betel leaf

  • young ginger, diced

  • sliced ​​paprika

  • diced shallot

  • sliced ​​lemon with peel

  • Roasted Peanuts

  • Roasted Coconut

 

Method :

  1. Heat over low heat, pour extra virgin olive oil, add water and palm sugar. simmer to combine Ladle into a bowl.

  2. Divide the sugar syrup into portions. Stir-fry with sardines, finely ground, stir-fry until cooked and dry, scoop into a bowl.

  3. Serve with betel leaf, young ginger, hot peppers, shallots, lime, peanuts and roasted coconut.

  4. Topped with sugar syrup that has been set aside. Intensify the flavor.
