Steamed Sardines
Ingredient :

Sardines in Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Chili, Ayam Brand 2 can

Coconut milk mixed with coconut water Ayam brand 1 box

red curry paste 100 gram

egg 1 bubble
-
granulated sugar 2 Tablespoon

fish sauce ⅙ measuring cup

rice flour 1 teaspoon
-
Blanched Cabbage
-
basil
-
Chili Chee Fah Soi

Shredded kaffir lime leaves

Banana Leaf Krathong (Dried Banana Leaf Krathong or Cup)
Method :

Mix red curry paste, chicken eggs, sugar, fish sauce, coconut milk. ½ Box and sardine fillets Then stir them together.

Gradually add the rest of the coconut milk. Keep stirring until the mixture becomes sticky. Set aside (don't forget to divide the coconut milk a little more. (Garnish the steamed buns as well).

Scoop Beef Biscuits Top the krathong with blanched cabbage and basil.

Steamed with high heat for a long time 20 minutes until cooked.

Mix the coconut milk with rice flour and mix well. Put in the microwave for approx. 40 seconds (every person 20 second).

Put the coconut milk on top of the steamed packet. followed by chilli chi fa soi and shredded kaffir lime leaves.

Bring the steamed wrap back to steam again for a long time. 5 minutes, ready to serve.
