Spicy Tuna Salad
Tuna Foo Salad Ingredients:

Tuna Chunks in Sunflower Oil Ayam Brand 1 can

bread crumbs ½ Cup

Vegetable oil (for frying)
Sauce ingredients:

smashed fresh paprika 1 – 4 grain

palm sugar ½ Tablespoon
-
fish sauce 2 Tablespoon
-
lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
-
Raw mango (grated into strips)
-
Shallots
-
Carrots (grated into strips)
-
Roasted Peanuts
-
Crispy Cashew Nuts

Celery leaves (chopped) 1 beginning
Method :

To prepare the salad, put paprika, palm sugar, fish sauce, and lime juice in a bowl, stir until the sauce dissolves well, taste as you like.

Add raw mango, shallots, carrots and peanuts.

Garnish with cashew nuts. and leaves Set aside the bowl.

Pour the tuna out of the can. Use only the meat, drain until dry, and use a fork to shred the fish thoroughly.

Add breadcrumbs. Mix well (bread crumbs will help the fish stick to the raft when frying).

Fry the fish fillets in hot oil until golden and crispy, lift them up, drain the oil, arrange on a plate and serve with the spicy salad.
