Stir Fried Eggplant with Clams, Basil and XO Sauce

Eggplant, soaked in brine 1 child

Onion ¼ Cup

Sauce X O Ayam Brand 4 Tablespoon

SEASONING SAUCE 1 Tablespoon

fish sauce 2 Tablespoon

clam 1 Cup

basil
Method :

Heat the pan, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.

Followed by XO sauce, seasoning sauce and fish sauce.

Turn on high heat and sauté the eggplant until soft. Followed by fried clams to combine.

Ladle onto plates, garnish with basil leaves and serve.
