Coconut milk mixed with coconut water Ayam brand

Young galangal, cut into small pieces

Lime leaf

Method :

Pour the coconut milk into the saucepan.

Add young galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, shallots and paprika.

Season with lemon juice, fish sauce, salt and boil.

Add the chicken breasts, boil and stir until cooked.

Ladle into bowls and garnish with fried chili peppers. to enhance the aroma.
