Ingredients:
100g Ayam Brand™ Rendang Curry Paste
270ml of Ayam Brand™ Coconut Milk
250g of beef
1 potato
½ piece of onion
Fresh coriander
Method:
1. Heat Ayam Brand™ Rendang Curry Paste in a pan and add Ayam Brand™ Coconut Milk.
2. Add beef, potato and onion. Leave it for at least 15 minutes until sauce gets thicker.
3. Sprinkle coriander and serve with hot rice.
